Fabric First Architects were commissioned to develop concept design proposals for an art focused destination to include a small boutique hotel, gallery spaces and artist studios / business start up accommodation.
The project vision was to develop a tranquil setting in which to grow, create and innovate, a place that nurtures wellness, promotes self-development and supports collaboration and interaction.
